"Nice print, but the frame was a letdown"
The print itself looked really good, so I was happy with that part. The frame, though, felt a bit cheap and not quite what I expected. I also wish the product details had been clearer, because I probably would’ve chosen differently if I’d known what the frame was actually like.

"Easy to order and kept me updated"
I went through the ordering process first, and it was straightforward. Uploading my photo worked without any issues, checkout was quick, and then I started getting email updates afterward so I knew what was going on. Based on the experience so far, I’m happy with it.

"Pretty solid for the price"
I got a portrait done and, it turned out better than I expected for the price. I tend to notice little patterns and details in artwork, so I did spot a few small things that weren’t perfect, but nothing that ruined it. Overall, it had the right feel and was definitely worth what I paid. Delivery was fine too, nothing amazing but no real issues. I’d probably use them again if I need another portrait...

"Really happy with how it turned out"
I’m really happy with the portrait. The art came out so nice, and like I said, the little details were really well done. It feels like my dog’s personality came through, which I loved. Like I said, I’m super happy with it

I reached out about an issue with my order, fully prepared to wait forever and get nowhere, because you know, customer support. But they actually replied fast and helped me get it fixed without making it a whole dramatic saga. Really nice team

"Honestly looked so much like my dad"
I was kind of surprised by how much the portrait looked like my dad. Like, genuinely uncanny in the best way. I kept staring at the little details and thinking, yep, that’s him. It even reminded me of this old photo we have of him from some family barbecue, where everyone’s wearing terrible 90s shirts for some reason. Anyway, really happy with how it turned out.

"Decent customization, but I wanted a bit more"
I liked that portraitefx gave me a few ways to change the look of my portrait, and overall it worked well. I just found myself wishing I could tweak the smaller details more, because I had a specific idea in mind and couldn’t fully get it there. It’s definitely not bad, but it felt a little limited for what I was hoping to create. I was a bit disappointed in the end, because I really wanted to love the final result.
